Editorial policy
Our guides and tools exist to be useful on their own — whether or not you ever join KAIOS BUILD. This is how we keep them that way.
Who writes
Guides are written by Kartikeya Mishra, founder of KAIOS BUILD, from direct experience of building, freelancing and organising. We don't publish anonymous or ghost-written content, and we don't publish pages generated in bulk.
How we use AI
We may use AI tools to check spelling, structure or clarity. Every claim, example and recommendation is chosen, verified and approved by a person before it's published. Our free tools are deterministic calculators and templates: they don't send what you type to any AI model or to our servers.
Sources and numbers
- Every tax rate, fee, threshold or statistic links to an official source or a reputable secondary source, listed at the end of the page.
- Worked examples show their arithmetic so you can check it. Tools let you edit every rate.
- We never invent statistics, testimonials, member counts or results. Where something hasn't happened yet — like an event we're planning — we say so.
Review and updates
- Each guide and tool shows the date it was last reviewed.
- Pages that depend on tax rules or payment fees are re-checked at least every quarter, and after every Union Budget or GST Council change that affects them.
- Guides that stop being accurate or useful are updated, merged or removed — not left to go stale.
Corrections
If you find an error, contact us. We fix confirmed errors promptly and update the review date. For significant corrections, we add a note describing what changed.
Advice and limits
Our guides are general information, not tax, legal or financial advice. Where your situation needs a chartered accountant or a lawyer, we say so on the page.
Independence and advertising
We don't accept payment to mention products. If a page ever includes a sponsored section, an affiliate link or advertising, it will be clearly labelled. If we show ads, they'll never be placed to look like content or navigation.
